CHURCH SCHOOL PROGRAMS
 
Nursery:
Childcare is available on Sunday mornings in the nursery (up to age 2) in the new wing of the building just off the gathering space beginning at 9:15 a.m.  It is also available for some of the special services throughout the year.
 
Pre-school (Ages 2-Kindergarten)
This youngest group of Church School students meets at 9:15 AM on Sunday mornings.  They participate in Angel Choir music time and experience the Bible lesson of the week in Chapel.  In class, they use the Preschool/Kindergarten level of the Episcopal Children’s Curriculum where they further explore their lesson and create visual reinforcements.

First through fifth grade
These Church School students also meet at 9:15 AM on Sunday mornings.  Participation in the Children’s Choir (Grades 1-8) is optional and the children join their parents at the Peace during the 10:00 a.m. Service.  In class, 1st through 3rd Grade uses the Primary level of the Episcopal Children’s Curriculum. 
 
 
 
 
 
In addition, 3rd grade students each receive a Bible, and class time includes Bible Reading and study.  4th and 5th Graders use the Intermediate level curriculum, share in further interaction and dialogue based on the day’s lesson and learn to better navigate their way through The Book of Common Prayer.
 
 
Sixth through eighth grade
These students meet on Sunday mornings from 9:15 to 9:50, providing time to attend the 10:00 service.  A lectionary based curriculum is used to study scripture and encourage questions and discussions on the days readings.
 
High School
This group meets from 9:15 to 9:50 AM, providing time to attend the 10:00 service.  They use a lectionary based curriculum that provides insight into the days readings as well as ways to connect with the scripture in current events.  Questions and discussion are encouraged.
