As Christians, we are called to seek and serve Christ
in all persons,
loving our neighbors as ourselves.
We are also called to strive for
justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every
human being. To both of these callings we have answered “We will
with God’s help.” With God’s help and our resources of time, talent
and treasure, we inspire and support the members of our parish and
our community in making a meaningful difference in serving people.
At Saint Andrew's Church there are numerous
opportunities for you to volunteer your time and talents.
INREACH -
To provide for the well being of the church and of our
parishioners We extend a helping hand to those within our faith
community. As Jesus himself washed the feet of his disciples, so
we too have an obligation to help from resources that Almighty
God has given us.
OUTREACH
-
To help those in need in our community. Outreach is that area of
service where we respond to the needs of those outside our faith
community. We do it monetarily as well as with donations of food
and life comfort necessities.
MUSIC
AND ORCHESTRAL PROGRAMS -
We believe that through singing and music we amplify God’s Word
as it is proclaimed in worship each week. Music at Saint
Andrew's Church expresses our joy in God's love, enhances
worship, and enriches church members young and old.
